Coverage: All tents purchased through our website

Duration: 12 months from the date of purchase.

Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers are required to carefully inspect their product upon receipt. Any manufacturing defect, missing part, or other issue must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery so that a warranty claim can be opened and processed with the manufacturer.

Protection: In the event of a manufacturing defect or an issue arising from normal use during the warranty period, our team will assess the situation and work with you to find the best solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacing defective parts or taking any other action deemed appropriate.
